Not completely happy with your purchase? You have 30 days from the date you receive your product to request a return.

Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • Defective or Malfunctioning Items: If your product is defective or doesn’t perform as described, request a return or exchange within 90 days.

  • Performance Dissatisfaction: If your Etsura product doesn’t meet your expectations, you can return it within 90 days.

How to Request a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email hello@etsura.com within 30 days of receiving your product.

  2. Return Authorization: Our team will provide instructions and a return authorization.

  3. Return Shipping: Package your product securely, ideally in its original packaging, and follow our instructions.

  4. Inspection: Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products showing excessive wear beyond normal use may not qualify for a full refund.

  • Must provide proof of the defect or issue (photo or short video) if the item is defective or malfunctioning.

  • Returns without proof of purchase cannot be processed.

Documentation
We may request photos or a short video of your item if it’s defective or not performing as expected. This helps us improve our products and ensure top quality for all customers.

Refunds

  • Approved Refunds: Once your return is approved, we’ll refund your original payment method within 5 business days.

  • Processing Time: Your bank or credit card may take an additional 2–7 business days to post the refund.

  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective product or our error.
